COPT shows off plans for 'Michigan Avenue-style' retail center downtown

Designs for a sleek, modern new retail and restaurant hub at Baltimore’s new “Main Street” intersection — Pratt and Light streets — were presented to the city’s design panel at City Hall today. “We want to make Pratt Street like Michigan Avenue,” said Bryce Turner, president of BCT Architects, of the chic and successful main boulevard in Chicago.
