Sagamore partners with James Beard Award-winning chef for distillery, hotel

Sagamore Development is partnering with New York chef Andrew Carmellini to bring a concept to the standalone restaurant on the Sagamore Spirit distillery property as well as work in some capacity on the food in the Sagamore Pendry Hotel in Fells Point. Marc Weller, president of Sagamore Development, disclosed the partnership between Sagamore and Carmellini, who has won two James Beard Awards, on Friday.
