Maryland has lagged in job growth during Obama's tenure, but still leans toward Clinton

The U.S. states that have enjoyed the strongest job growth under the Democratic administration of Barack Obama are North Dakota, Utah and Texas. But all three are likely to support Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump on Nov. 8.
