Goucher is not raising tuition for the first time. The president explains why.

For the first time in the school’s 31-year history, Goucher College will not raise tuition rates for the 2017-2018 school year. The 1,450-student private liberal arts school has been raising its tuition along with virtually every college in the country over the past several years, as cost of living has increased.
