A former shareholder of the signal processing company Essex Corp. is alleging that Falls Church-based Northrop Grumman Corp. (NYSE: NOC) didn’t pay him for his shares when Northrop acquired the company in 2007, according to court documents filed Thursday. The complaint filed with the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County states that California resident Conrad Grabowski received 24,557 shares of Essex in February 1990.
