Why Bill Miller is bullish on Amazon, Twitter and homebuilders — but not cash

Renowned investor Bill Miller has so much optimism in the stock market, he has no cash on hand. Miller, who beat the S&P 500 15 years in a row, said on CNBC Monday he is bullish on stocks, particularly companies in the housing, financial and airline industries.
