Heritage Properties Inc. plans to open a new corporate office in Raleigh, N.C., the developer’s first outside of Towson. The new Raleigh office for Heritage Properties will be helmed by Ryan Blair, the company’s vice president of development and acquisitions. Blair is an alumnus of both N.C.
