What started out as a simple tavern in 2006 has developed into so much more over the past decade for Vince Arosemena. Water Street Tavern opened 10 years ago at 104 Water Street in downtown Baltimore and since that time Arosemena has added an expansive outdoor patio, a Key West-themed bar and an upscale wine store.
