The 62 units in the ultra luxury Four Seasons Residences are expected to be ready early next year, sales officials said Thursday. That will offer a new chapter in the waterfront luxury residential market in the city, which includes the Ritz Carlton Residences, Pier Homes at Harbor View and the Harbor View tower.
