Catherine Pugh says it is “absolutely not” bothering her that she is not currently sitting in the mayor’s office. Although Pugh is the presumptive next mayor of Baltimore, she still has plenty going on as a state senator. Pugh, who defeated former Mayor Sheila Dixon in April’s primary, says she’s not thinking about any potential cabinet appointees and won’t even think about sitting in City Hall until after November’s general election.
