The technical issues that grounded Southwest Airlines across the country on Wednesday have mostly been fixed and the majority of its operations, including those in Baltimore, have returned to normal. In its most recent update, Southwest said the problems resulted in nearly 700 canceled flights and delayed hundreds more on Wednesday but that it had returned to a nearly full schedule of more than 3,900 flights on Thursday.
