A new local Ronald McDonald House in East Baltimore’s Jonestown neighborhood could break ground this fall if the nonprofit raises the necessary funds. Sandy Pagnotti, CEO of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Baltimore, said the charity has raised $18 million of its $25 million goal — which would completely cover expected construction costs.
