Gov. Hogan unveils plan to reduce traffic congestion along I-270

In a bid to ease traffic backups, Gov. Larry Hogan announced $229.6 million in new investments along the Interstate 270 corridor and local roads in Montgomery County. Of the total, $100 million will fund the I-270 Innovative Congestion Management Project to improve travel times on the highway.
