The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority is offering another large vacant parcel for sale, this time a wooded site virtually adjacent to the Largo Town Center Metrorail station fronting the Capital Beltway. The 6.9-acre parcel is immediately southwest of the Metro station, on the opposite side of Harry S. Truman Drive from the bus loop.
