Northrop Grumman Corp. (NYSE: NOC) broke word late Wednesday that it had named David Keffer as its new chief financial officer, replacing Kenneth Bedingfield, who will step down Feb. 21. Keffer, who is currently a general partner at McLean investment firm Blue Delta Capital Partners, previously served as CFO for CSRA Inc. prior to its 2018 acquisition by General Dynamics Corp.
