After sitting empty for more than a year, the former Das Bier Haus building will soon have a new pub tenant. Ryan Kehoe is aiming to open Riverside Tap House by the end of the month at 1542 Light St. in Federal Hill. Baltimore liquor board commissioners approved a liquor license for the project Thursday.
