Good morning Baltimore! We got a nice break from the rain this morning but we should see it return for a bit this afternoon. Temperatures will be mild and in the 40s. Let’s get this Wednesday started. Baltimore County educators came together outside of a Board of Education meeting last night to rally for higher pay, more paid planning time and more school resources. The gathering comes as unions and the school system are in the midst of contract negotiations, which have been ongoing since October.…
