A local smoothie shop has closed one of its three locations, freeing up a small retail space in the heart of downtown Baltimore. Quikshakes’ location at 10 Light St. — adjacent to an FX Studios gym — was empty Tuesday and cleared of all equipment and furnishings. Co-founder and owner Anthony Zangara confirmed Wednesday that the shop closed a few weeks ago due to slow customer traffic from the neighboring gym and the downtown area itself, as well as problems with crime and parking availability.…
