Two former high-profile spokesmen who have weathered corruption controversies in Baltimore are teaming up to help repair mangled reputations. Matt Jablow, who resigned last week as spokesman for the Baltimore Police Department, will join Greg Tucker, an ex-communications consultant for disgraced former Mayor Catherine Pugh, at the Tucker Group LLC, Tucker’s marketing firm.
