A controversial push to build a Royal Farms store and gas station in Hamilton was delayed again this week in order to allow neighbors to testify at a public hearing. The retail chain’s quest for a convenience store at 5901-5912 Harford Road with eight gas pumps was postponed by the city Board of Municipal Zoning Appeals at its meeting Tuesday at City Hall.
