The fast casual spot opening this spring in Mount Vernon is serving up both chicken and eggs and will leave it at that. The new eatery from the owners of Turp’s Sports Bar & Restaurant, Viccino Italian Gourmet and XS will take over the former Jay’s Deli space at 1309 N. Charles St. in March, co-owner Phillip Quick said Wednesday. The deli closed in late December after 42 years in business.…
