Baltimore’s Board of Estimates approved a lease Wednesday allowing Atlas Restaurant Group to open a waterfront patio for its newest restaurant, Maximón. The spending board voted to give Atlas permission to use 1,440 square feet near the Harbor East waterfront for outdoor seating attached to the Latin-inspired restaurant, which is scheduled to make its debut on New Year’s Eve.
