Vaccaro’s Italian Pastry Shop Inc. will close its Harford Mall location on New Year’s Eve, co-owner Maria Vaccaro said Friday. “We’ve been having difficulty with that mall,” Vaccaro said. “It has not been a successful spot at all.” Vaccaro said the employees will be relocated to other stores.
