William Tilburg has been named the permanent director of the Maryland Medical Cannabis Commission, three months after he was chosen to lead the organization on an interim basis. Tilburg previously served as the commission’s director of government affairs and policy. He took over as acting executive director in September after Joy Strand, director for the previous 21 months, resigned.
