Median sales prices in the Baltimore metro area hit a 10-year high for November while inventory hit its lowest level of the decade, according to a new report released Wednesday. The new November record of $274,950 is a 3.9% increase over last year, according to the report, which used data provided by MarketStats by ShowingTime based on listing activity from Bright MLS.
