A veteran of San Francisco’s dining scene is planning his next project in Baltimore’s Old Goucher neighborhood. Bryan Ranere spent two decades on the West Coast working as the bar program manager and culture director at Foreign Cinema, a restaurant that fuses fine dining and film in San Francisco’s Mission District.
