Why this waterfront restaurant is closing until April 2020

As the temperatures drop, one new restaurant on Baltimore’s waterfront will turn to private events instead of weathering a slow winter. Raw & Refined closed its doors for the season on Oct. 16. The bar and restaurant will reopen to the public when warmer weather returns in April 2020. In the meantime, owner Dominic Lascola plans to use the property at Lighthouse Point Marina in Canton as a space for corporate events, holiday parties, wedding showers and other private events.
