Good morning Baltimore! We’ve reached the point in the year where it’s still fully dark out during my drive into work, and this morning’s gloomy skies certainly didn’t help. The rain is expected to continue throughout today, and it will be rather chilly with temperatures sticking to the mid- to low-60s.
