Newseum operator finds a temporary home as search for new museum space continues

The Freedom Forum Inc. has picked America’s Square in Washington, D.C. to serve as its interim home as it prepares to move out of the Newseum a short distance away. The nonprofit has signed a lease for 26,000 square feet at 300 New Jersey Ave. NW, part of the two-building trophy complex that also includes 51 Louisiana Ave. NW. The building is just north of the U.S. Capitol and about a half-mile from its current home at 555 Pennsylvania Ave. NW, which it plans to sell to Johns Hopkins University…
