AECOM to sell Germantown-based, 25,000-employee management services arm for $2.4B

Engineering and infrastructure giant AECOM (NYSE: ACM) has entered into an agreement to sell its Montgomery County Management Services business to affiliates of two private investors for $2.405 billion. Management Services, a major contractor to the federal government, its agencies and allied governments, employs roughly 25,000 people and operates across 48 states and 28 countries.
