With final CHAP approval, Chinatown project will be underway by early 2020

Developers behind the $30 million Chinatown revival project planned for downtown’s west side received the green light from Baltimore’s Commission for Historical and Architectural Preservation on Tuesday after at least five hearings over the course of a year before the board.
