The University System of Maryland’s Board of Regents has approved salary increases for the presidents of two system schools: University of Maryland, Baltimore and University of Maryland University College. Dr. Jay A. Perman, president of UMB, will receive a $50,000 raise for fiscal year 2019, to be added to a prior base salary of $920,031.
