For the second year in a row Baltimore’s drivers have been deemed the most dangerous in the U.S. in an annual report by insurance provider Allstate. The 2019 Allstate America’s Best Drivers Report found that the average Baltimore driver will be involved in a collision every 4.19 years, compared to the national average of 10.57 years. Interstate 695 was also named among the top 15 “risky roads” — a roundup by Allstate of the roads with the most crashes located within the 15 bottom-ranked cities…
