Southwest cancels flights into October due to 737 Max woes

Southwest Airlines Co. (NYSE: LUV) plans to remove Boeing’s 737 Max aircraft from its flight schedule until Oct. 1, the airline announced this week. The move is expected to impact 150 daily flights, Southwest said. Southwest announced just a few weeks ago that it would remove Max flights through Sept. 2, following similar moves from other carriers.
