Merritt Properties is planning an 860,000-square-foot warehouse in Harford County, adding to the region’s growing industrial market. The building will be the first at the new 98-acre Tower Logistics Center at 1225 S. Philadelphia Blvd. in Perryman off Route 40. Development of the warehouse with more than 150 dock bays, four drive-in doors and 200 trailer parking spaces, will begin in the fall.
