The first thing you notice when you walk into the newly renovated Port Discovery Children’s Museum are the polka dots. A nearly-finished $10.5 million update to the Inner Harbor family destination is peppered with bright touches, from the rainbow-colored dots covering the floors and walls of the lobby to the elevator doors cheekily painted with friendly monster faces.
