Pouring rain, glitches greet voters at Maryland polls on Election Day

Soaking rain, fog and flooded streets greeted voters on Tuesday, probably the worst weather you can have on Election Day. But the bad weather — and glitches at local polling places — didn’t stop voters from casting ballots in an election that exemplifies the great divide the U.S. is seeing among its populace.
