The Maryland Department of Transportation will begin a two-year replacement of the I-895 bridge this month that will significantly impact drivers and the Port of Baltimore. Traffic will be limited to one lane in each direction as the state proceeds with the $189 million restoration of the 60-year old bridge located north of the Baltimore Harbor Tunnel.
