Baltimore’s residential housing market showed continued signs of a slowdown last month as interest rates continued to rise. A report based on listing activity from Bright MLS showed the average sales price in the Baltimore metro area dropped 3.7 percent in October over September’s figures. Pending residential sales were also down 7.6 percent over October 2017 figures.
