Two organizations opposing Sinclair Broadcast Group Inc.’s acquisition of Tribune Media Co. are asking the Federal Communications Commission to hold off on reviewing the deal until a related court case has been decided. A 40-property industrial portfolio in the Baltimore and Washington, D.C. area has changed hands for a whopping $347.2 million. Baltimore-based FRP Development Corp. sold the industrial warehouse properties and three adjacent land parcels to Blackstone Real Estate Partners in late May. A massive expansion by sportswear maker Fila North America has doubled the company’s warehouse space in Pasadena to 731,500 square feet. The company recently inked a 10-year deal to add 352,850 square feet of local distribution space at 7269 Gambrills Cove Road in Anne Arundel County.
