One of two Phillips Seafood locations in Ocean City is trading in crab cakes for quesadillas. The Phillips Seafood House at 141st Street along Coastal Highway will reopen May 1 as Bayside Cantina, a Mexican restaurant serving “tacos, tequila and more,” per the eatery’s new tagline. The Baltimore seafood chain announced the change on the restaurant’s Facebook page.
