The Inner Harbor ranks among Baltimore’s most iconic and recognizable views. But unless you have a boat or a ticket for a harbor cruise, seeing the city from the water isn’t quite as common. The Waterfront Partnership and Baltimore City Department of Recreation and Parks are offering a chance to experience the city from a different vantage point with kayak tours of the Inner Harbor beginning this month.
