Federal Hill restaurant In Bloom has shut its doors at 1444 Light Street. A message on the restaurant’s voicemail said it is “currently undergoing a transition” and is closed for lunch and dinner service. SouthBmore.com first reported the closure. The news comes just a few months after In Bloom owners Kevin Perry and Cecilia Benalcazar opened Blooming Deli next door to the restaurant at 1448 Light Street in February.
