Canners Row, a Canton waterfront bar and restaurant that opened a year ago, has been evicted by the property’s new owner, developer Scott Plank’s War Horse Cities LLC. A notice taped to the front door states proprietor Seeb Corp. owes $27,250 to War Horse Cities LLC, which purchased the Lighthouse Point marina property as part of a $53 million, 16-property portfolio last year.
