The troubled company that owns and operates the Baltimore City Public School System’s buses has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. Baltimore-based Barber Transportation Inc. listed liabilities between $1 million and $10 million in an April 13 filing in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland.
