Good morning and happy Friday! Tonight, Light City kicks off with parades, art installations, music and more in 14 of Baltimore’s neighborhoods. The Neighborhood Lights program, which runs April 6-8, is the first event of the annual lights festival. Maybe I’ll see some of you out and about this evening!
