Anne Arundel County saw the majority of pricey homes sales in February, with eight of the 10 highest-priced Greater Baltimore homes sold last month coming from the waterfront county. The 10 homes sold for an average price of $1.6 million, just below last month’s average of $1.7 million. A four-bedroom rancher at 51 Boone Trail in Severna Park sold for $2.5 million — the most expensive home to sell in the area in February.
