Mount Vernon’s newest cafe will be a throwback to 90’s coffee culture. At Tooth N Nail Cafe, the coffee shop that Adam Wilder plans to open next month at 7 West Preston St., the walls will be decorated with works from local artists and the furniture will be hand-me-down.
