Heavy winds battering Greater Baltimore, knocking out power to 225,000

Baltimore Gas and Electric Co. is working to restore power to 150,000 customers in Greater Baltimore as winds exceeding 60 miles per hour continue to pummel the region. The utility company said based on outages, the Nor'easter is the worst storm to impact the region since 2012.
