RyeZendine, a downtown restaurant serving breakfast and lunch, will close after this weekend. The eatery’s last day of business will be Sunday. The business opened a year ago. Owner Haluk Kantar said he’s sold the 3,000-square-foot space at 334 N. Charles St. to the owner of Red Boat, a Vietnamese fusion restaurant on Eutaw Street.
